Introduction of Eco Cleaning
For guests staying multiple nights,
we will implement the following
“Eco Cleaning” as the standard practice,
replacing the previous daily cleaning.
We will not perform room cleaning or bed making. Upon request, we will provide the following services:
- Garbage collection
- Towel replacement
- Refilling of amenities
Standard Cleaning
To maintain hygiene in your room during your stay,
we will perform a complimentary standard cleaning once every three days.
You may also request a “paid standard cleaning” on eco-cleaning days.
Paid Cleaning Details:
・Cost: ¥4,000 per cleaning (tax excluded)
・Request Deadline: By 5:00 PM the day before your desired cleaning date
